Terms of Rental Service

• All dumpsters are a maximum seven-day rental unless discussed with us prior to drop-off. Any dumpster kept over seven days will be charged an additional storage fee of $100.00 per day. 

• DO NOT load container over the Yellow Max fill line or a fee of $150.00 will occur for us to rearrange or unload material so it doesn't fall out during transport.

• DO NOT climb on/in dumpster, or use heavy equipment to load or move dumpsters. 

• Customer will be responsible for any damage done to the roll-off, due to excess weight of material or loading with equipment up to $7000.00 to replace with a new dumpster.

• Our transparent pricing includes dumpster rental, fuel surcharge, drop-off, pick-up, and the landfill bill so there's no additional charges at the end.

• Exceeding the weight limit will result in additional charge of $300.00.  Also customer will be responsible for any additional landfill bill charges over $250.00.  If we are unable to pick up the dumpster due to excessive weight, the customer will be responsible for unloading or we will dump the material on-site and customer will be responsible for removal. 

• We DO NOT accept the following items: Dirt, Rock, Concrete, Brick, Asphalt & Tile Shingles, Tree Stumps, Automotive Tires, Hazardous Liquids, or Paint.  If Dirt, Rock, Asphalt, or Concrete are found in the dumpster at the landfill a $500 charge will occur for damage to the dumpster and additional strain on truck and trailer.

• No refrigerators or air conditioning units.

• Stumps, slash, and/or wood chips cannot be put in the same dumpster.
